Refund & Cancellation Policy

BOYU specializes in customized corrugated packaging for Automotive Window Film and Paint Protection Film (PPF). As our products are manufactured according to each customer's confirmed specifications, artwork, dimensions, materials, printing requirements, and order quantities, customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should carefully review and confirm all specifications, dimensions, artwork, printing details, materials, quantities, and other requirements before approving an order for production.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will review the request and advise whether the order can be changed or cancelled. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible, and any costs already incurred may be charged.

Quality Issues

If the products received have manufacturing defects or materially differ from the specifications confirmed by both parties, please contact us promptly after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos, videos, quantities affected, and other supporting information.

We will review the issue and, where responsibility is confirmed to be ours, work with the customer on an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, reproduction, partial refund, credit toward a future order, or another mutually agreed solution.

Minor variations in color, dimensions, printing position, or material appearance that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not generally considered defects.

Customer-Approved Specifications

BOYU is not responsible for errors resulting from specifications, dimensions, artwork, text, colors, or other information supplied or approved by the customer.

Shipping Damage

If goods are damaged during transportation, please retain the packaging and provide photos or videos of the damaged goods and outer packaging. Responsibility and resolution will be determined according to the agreed shipping terms and the circumstances of the shipment.
