Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
BOYU supplies customized corrugated packaging to international B2B customers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are quoted separately based on order quantity, packaging dimensions, total shipment volume and weight, shipping method, and destination.
Shipping charges displayed or discussed before final order confirmation should not be considered final unless confirmed in the quotation or other written agreement.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination, shipment size, and customer requirements, orders may be shipped by sea freight, air freight, express courier, or other agreed transportation methods.
Customers may also arrange transportation through their own freight forwarder where agreed.
Production and Shipping Time
Production time and transportation time are separate.
Estimated production time will be confirmed according to the specifications and quantity of each order. Estimated shipping time depends on the destination, transportation method, carrier schedule, customs clearance, and other factors outside our direct control.
Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination-country charges will be handled according to the trade terms agreed for each order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information required for their order.
Delivery Delays
BOYU will make reasonable efforts to support timely shipment. However, international transportation may be affected by carrier schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, force majeure events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt. If visible shipping damage is found, please photograph or record the condition of the outer packaging and affected products and contact us promptly so that the issue can be reviewed.
For specific shipping arrangements or freight quotations, please contact our team with your order quantity and destination.
