BOYU provides customized corrugated packaging manufactured according to customer requirements. Product specifications, dimensions, materials, printing, quantities, prices, production schedules, shipping arrangements, and other commercial terms are subject to confirmation between BOYU and the customer before production.
Information displayed on this website is for general reference and does not constitute a final quotation or binding offer unless expressly confirmed by BOYU.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the customer. Prices may vary depending on dimensions, materials, printing requirements, order quantity, packaging requirements, shipping destination, freight costs, exchange rates, and other relevant factors.
A quotation becomes applicable only under the conditions and validity period stated in the quotation or subsequent written confirmation.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any trademarks, logos, artwork, images, text, or other materials supplied to BOYU for printing or production may lawfully be used.
BOYU does not claim ownership of customer-supplied trademarks or artwork.
Production
Production begins after the required specifications and commercial terms have been confirmed. Production times provided are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing and may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, material availability, and other production factors.
Samples
Sample availability, sample cost, production time, and shipping arrangements are subject to confirmation based on the customer's requirements.
Shipping
Shipping methods, freight charges, delivery estimates, and applicable trade terms will be confirmed separately for each order.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOYU will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, force majeure events, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
